All returned checks will be charged the recovery fee, in addition to a $25 service charge.
Shipping has changed. Due to the increased rates for shipping we are now taking orders over the phone and by email. We have no way to estimate the amount of shipping cost till the package actually ships. Shipping can be billed separately or charged at the time the Credit Card is run. We have, in the past, charged a percent flat rate for shipping, but not any longer. You will be billed for only the amount it takes to ship your plant material.
Shipping will be charged at the time the material is shipped unless we have made other arrangements over the phone. For example, "to be shipped Via USPS or other carrier". A copy of the UPS shipping invoice will be included with the invoice from us.
